Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The following Terms apply for all purchases made on the Herbs99.com website. All purchase agreements on the Herbs99.com website are to be made in English. Purchasers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase certain items on the Herbs99.com website.

  1. PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS

The price of the individual item is listed in the item overview, on the item page, and in the shopping basket.

  • Items’ prices are displayed in Euros (€).
  • The price of the individual item includes Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • The price of the individual item does not include the delivery charges (shipping and packing costs according to the appropriate tariff). See our delivery details here.
  • The order placed by the Customer who resides in a country outside the European Customs Union shall be subject to customs duties and/or taxes (this includes possible local taxes) which must be paid by the Customer. In such a case, you shall only be charged by InflamayaGel.eu with the price of your order exclusive of tax. Please note that InflamayaGel.eu is not capable of determining in advance the amount of these taxes. In this respect, you are advised to contact your national Customs Office to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country.  
  • The availability and cost of InflamayaGel.eu products are subject to sold-out situations as well as printing and pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error, we will correct it as quickly as possible.
  • All prices are current and are updated on a regular basis.
  • It is the price of the item at the time of purchase that you have to pay.

If, by mistake, we have underpriced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event we cancel your order, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid including freight costs in accordance with our Return Policy.

  1. PAYMENT

In the shopping cart you will see the total price of your order, including VAT and freight costs. This is the total price of your order.

PayPal

When selecting the PayPal option at checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once your payment is complete, you will then return to the the Herbs99.com website. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account in full at the time you place your order.

Credit Cards

You can pay for products purchased on Herbs99.com with the following debit/credit cards:

When you pay by credit card, you are protected against fraud/faulty goods with no self-risk. Credit card protection helps you get a full refund from your credit provider. Your payment is completed using a secure and encrypted connection to ensure that your payment information cannot be accessed by an unauthorized third party. We guarantee that we will not save any credit card information on our own server. Furthermore, we cannot access any of this credit card information at any time.

You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Card number (16 digits printed on the front of your card)
  • Expiration date (printed on the front of your card)
  • Security code (3 digit security code printed on the back of your card, above the magnetic strip farthest to the right).

Your card will be charged at the time you initiate a payment, or shortly thereafter.

You confirm that the credit/debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card or PayPal account to use it and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Item(s) ordered.

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you have sent your order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation. The order confirmation contains information about:

  • your order details
  • the delivery address
  • payment method
  • delivery method
  • price(s)

Your order is only an offer to buy from us. Please note that this order confirmation email is not to be considered as being final acceptance of your order by Herbs99.com.

Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of your offer until we send you an email notifying you that we have dispatched an item to you. At this point, a contract will be made between us for you to buy and for us to sell the item that you have ordered from us.

Once the contract is made, you cannot amend your order (however, you may cancel an order as set out in our Cancellation & Return Policy).

At any point up until the contract is made, we may decline to supply an item to you. If we decline to supply an item to you and has payment already taken place, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our Cancellation & Return Policy.

We try to ensure that we always stock the full product range and we will advise you if the item is out of stock. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.

  1. DELIVERY

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you gave us for delivery at the time you make your order. We will try to deliver your goods as soon as possible but delay in delivery is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we give you for delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivering the goods to you. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address and your payment has been authorized and cleared by the credit card company or PayPal. Once the goods have been delivered we no longer have any responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods.

  • We deliver to customers Worldwide.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information to the e-mail address linked to your purchase.
  • Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking info to update after you receive it.

Orders within the European Union normally take 5-7 business days to arrive after being shipped. International orders (outside the European Union) normally take 2-4 weeks to arrive after being shipped. Occasionally, international orders are delayed in customs causing arrival time to increase to 8 weeks for delivery. If you are an international customer and do not receive your package within 8 weeks, please contact us.

  1. DAMAGED GOODS

If packages seem damaged, we recommend that you:

  • Refuse the delivery and sign the paperwork with 'Refused due to damage'
  • Accept the delivery, notify the delivery person and sign for the goods clearly writing “Damaged” on the delivery paperwork
  • Or take a photo of the packing before unwrapping the item(s)

This way we can identify the reasons for the damage and prevent such incidents in the future.

In all cases, immediately contact us to report the problem.

  1. CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

14 Day Cancellation & Return Policy – Unused Products Only

Order cancellation and Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To cancel order and process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
  • If you return a product that is damaged or used in a way which significantly reduces the value, we reserve the right to reduce the refund.

Be sure to inspect your order once you receive it. If your item arrives damaged or are faulty, please contact us. Any damage from shipping must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the product.

If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please please contact us right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly.
